Overview

Gypsum dryer is also called the desulfurization gypsum rotary dryer, it is mainly used for reducing desulfurization gypsum with more than 30% water content into below 10%,then for the use of gypsum briquette machine. Gypsum dryer is mainly composed of rotation part, lifting plates, driving device, supporting device and sealing ring parts. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, well-made, high capacity, low energy consumption and convenient operation.

Features

1, The dryer can use a variety of heat source, such as flue gas, coal gas, also can use hot air which is switched by steam or other energy.

2, The dryer has compact structure, low investment, all process parameters are tested strictly with high reliability.

3, According to the temperature of air source, the dryer can be 1800c calcined at a low speed, or 3000c calcined at a moderate speed, or 5800c at a rapid speed.

4, Low energy consumption, calcining heat loss is no more than 350000 kcal per ton Gypsum.

5, It can produce both dry dihydrate gypsum and half water gypsum, the temperature just need 1200c to produce dry dihydrate gypsum, which totally can make use of low temperature flue gas in thermal power plant.
