The feeding of ore coming from the underground mine into the crusher receiving hopper is carried out using a loader

The ores is crushed using a jaw crusher

The crushed ores are transported by a belt conveyor until crushed ore storage area

A semi-autogenous mill performs wet grinding of crushed ore

The screen oversize is fed to the cone crusher using belt conveyors. The cone crusher discharge is recycled to the mill

The discharge of the semi-autogenous mill is discharged onto a vibrating screen, the screen undersize are taken up by a pump from the discharge sump towards cyclones

 

The cyclone overflows are sent to the flotation machines, while the underflows are recycled to the semi-autogenous mill

The concentrates collected from the flotation machines are sent to the thickening

The thickening underflows are sent to the filtering 

The filtered copper concentrates are then putted on the storage area before their transportation
